Thank you so much for choosing Sabour Beauty Salon & Wellness as your provider to heal your Hair & Heart. Please read the policy below in its entirety.


-PLEASE NOTE:
------THIS IS A CASHLESS SALON ------




- At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your date and time. The deposit will be applied to your balance at the time of checkout.
- All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits are Transferable with (1) rescheduled
appointment
- The non-refundable $25 deposit can be waived if client's pre-book their Next Appointment while in the salon at the end of the current service ticket.
- If you are unable to make your rescheduled appointment and need to cancel the $25 deposit will then act as a cancellation fee.
- Since we reserve your appointment time exclusively for you, we respectfully request a 48-hr or more advance notice for any changes or cancellations, however the $25 Deposit is Non-Refundable.
- We understand that things happen and come up. To ensure the integrity of our Stylist, a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee will be applied to your account if appointments are canceled with less than 24hr notice.
- All First Time Clients must book a Color Consultation when booking for Color Services.

So that we ensure all of our guest are receiving the utmost salon & wellness experience we kindly ask:
- Keep voice and conversations soft & sweet
- Please limit the use of cell phones on the salon floor and in service rooms
- Eat in designated areas i.e., front waiting lounge or use food tray
- Children are welcomed with an appointment with one of our providers. Children must be
accompanied by an adult.
